The 400-meter-long beach provides plenty of opportunities to find the perfect entry point for your SUP excursion. The Seeparkplatz Nord (North Lake Parking Lot) on the Mattseer Landesstraße (Mattsee State Road) is available for free to all beach visitors. From there, a short walkway leads to the beach area. A small parking fee is charged for the parking lot directly in front of the beach area.
Paddle Tip 1: Duration: 2 hours Distance: 1.5 – 2 km
Start your tour northeast towards the village of Stein. Shortly after Stein, you’ll encounter a Caribbean feeling right on the shores of Lake Mattsee. Blue water with a sandbank awaits you. The duration of the tour is approximately 2 hours.
