Pure nature in Rostock Papendorf – only five minutes by S-Bahn from Rostock city centre, you will find the HEIUKI SUP & KAJAK Automat on the beautiful Warnow. Our cooperation with the Rostock DoYours team allows you to experience this idyllic paddling area. In addition to our paddle automat, www.doyours-sup.de offers a comprehensive SUP & training programme as well as SUP beginner courses, yoga and events.

Start with the stream in the direction of the railway bridge (1.5km), followed shortly afterwards by a great woodland area. Keep an eye out for the Höcker turtle.

Upstream, you will cross fields and meadows into the Lower Warnowland, and after 3.5 km you will reach the Anlgerkolonie Pölchow in the wooded areas. You are now in the middle of the Warnowland nature reserve. Turn under your own power, the return is a little easier with the current.
